We have tracked statistics in a variety of formats since the beginning of the MLS. Today the STAT, RENT Check, Home Sales, New/Sold Listing reports and Quarterly Market Summaries are produced in-house by ARMLS staff.
STAT
STAT is our marketwide residential report released mid-month with data from the previous month. For example, a February issue of STAT would be published around the 15th of March.
