If you are planning to leave the real estate business, we are sorry to see you go and wish you all the best! Here are a few things you need to know as you make your transition.
Do you have any Supra BTLE Lockboxes? If so, you can bring them to ARMLS and we will buy them from you. Price will vary based on the condition of the lockbox. If you are feeling generous, you can also transfer them to another ARMLS subscriber. Make sure to have the lockbox transfer form filled out before hand.
2. Your MLS Subscription
You do not need to cancel your subscription. It will happen automatically once you become an inactive agent. Subscriptions are not pro-rated and there is no refund option. Also, make sure to gather any receipts required for filing taxes, as your Atlas account will be disabled.
3. Your Supra eKEY
Your eKEY agreement is between you and Supra directly. You will continue to be billed as long as the eKEY is assigned to you. If you are already inactive, please call Supra at 1-877-699-6787 or ARMLS at 480-921-7777 to unassign your key.
If you have a client base inside Flexmls, you may want to export your contacts or transfer them to another agent in Flexmls. This can be done in Contact Management. At the bottom of the screen you will find the Transfer option. Enter a name in the search box of the agent receiving the contact(s) and click Transfer.
Lastly, visit the Who Do I Contact page for other real estate entities you may need to contact before you leave the business.
