ARMLS provides data feeds for Participants, meaning broker-owners or brokerage principals, subscribers and approved vendors.
Data feeds from ARMLS can be categorized into two main areas: Broker Feeds & Vendor Feeds
Each feed type has a specific use, along with associated policies and agreements. Data is available via Web API to those who are entitled to a feed.
If you are a Participant, meaning broker-owner or brokerage principal looking for an IDX product”, please visit our Products Page.
If your Data Provider or Company is not listed on the Products Page, you must complete an Intake Form to request access to ARMLS data and list your Data Provider as the consultant managing the MLS data on your behalf.
All applications for new data feeds are submitted through Intake Forms powered by ContractSafe. Requests may be submitted by the subscriber or their consultant.
