Phone, live chat and email support, including Saturday and Sunday hours, for a wide range of products and services. Level 2 support with a manager always on duty. Self-service content through our videos, 500+ blog posts and upcoming knowledgebase.
Data Integrity
A team dedicated to clean data with our in-house developed data software to ensure our data can be trusted. The team uses an education-first approach making fines rare. All fines are donated to real estate-related charities.
Training
We offer training in the form of webinars, self-paced online classes, in-person classes and customized office visits. Our JumpStart event is designed to give new agents a quick and effective introduction to the MLS.
Communications

MLS
As FBS’s largest customer, ARMLS works closely on planning future Flexmls system changes and enhancements. Our staff reviews suggestions, listens through the Agent Advisory group and finds opportunities for improvement.
Public Records
ARMLS owns a local statewide public records company (The Information Market), where local records are collected and keyed to give our subscribers the best data, while others use national datasets.

Flexmls
Flexmls is our core MLS system. Since 2007, ARMLS has been in an incredibly collaborative partnership with FBS, the provider of Flexmls, working to make improvements to the system to meet subscriber needs.
RapidStats
Developed by ARMLS, RapidStats is a market statistics and analytics tool. Consider it your one-stop shop for customizable reports sourced directly from MLS data with interactive charts and filters.
Aligned Showings
Aligned Showings is a modern, easy-to-use scheduling platform designed with features that matter to real estate agents across the industry. With its intuitive interface, agents can quickly and easily manage showings.
Lockbox
The Supra system makes it easy for showing agents to access properties and track activity. Our staff is experienced, supporting both subscribers and associations with efficient administration of keybox services.
CurbView/Monsoon
CurbView Tax & Monsoon are tax records search applications developed inhouse at ARMLS. Using local tax record collection, the data is scrubbed and compiled by The Information Market, an ARMLS subsidiary, to a gold standard.

WHAT YOU DON’T SEE – BEHIND THE SCENES
MLS Administration
ARMLS has dedicated MLS administrators to listen and respond to subscriber suggestions, RESO requirements and MLS rule changes. Admins interface with FBS staff on system changes and the Flexmls roadmap.
Contracts
Data licenses and feed credentials are issued to brokers and vendors through our Contracts department. They support our brokers with quick responses to requests and conduct vendor audits to ensure data policies are met.
Committees
Rules, Finance, Steering, Agent Advisory and other listening posts ensure ARMLS is staying connected to the needs of our brokers and agents.
Software Development
Local needs dictate development of our own software to best serve our users. ARMLS has created RapidStats, CurbView, Monsoon and other systems to fill gaps in the market. There are opportunities to take advantage of AI and blockchain.
The Information Market
For over 30 years, The Information Market has been the source for public records across Arizona. Keying, normalizing and gathering data is vital for clean data.
Project Management & CRM
Big projects take coordination from several departments, our project manager and accompanying software tie everything together. ARMLS is launching Salesforce to enhance the subscriber experience and make user management easier.
