WHY? Because we care what you think!

SATISFACTION LEVELS ROSE BY +10% from 2019!

We asked you to rate your level of satisfaction with:

  • the Flexmls platform,
  • the ARMLS billing process,
  • our Data Integrity Department,
  • our Support Department
  • and ARMLS overall.

Satisfaction ratings rose in the majority of categories. Data Integrity had the greatest increase!

In addition to rating us in specific categories, subscribers also had the opportunity to provide additional feedback. We received THOUSANDS of questions, comments and suggestions. We care. We read all of it!

You are the best service provider we have. Responsive and always reliable. I could not do this practice without ARMLS.

Doing away with the Full Search is a mistake. There is no way that the Quick Search will ever replace it.

Full Search was discontinued in November 2020 because it was older technology and was not being widely used. Quick Search provides more functionality and is easier to navigate. ARMLS provided many resources and training opportunities to help with the transition. Please contact our Support department if you need additional assistance.

The MLS is great, but not the most user-friendly or the easiest on the eyes when working in it.

FBS, the company who owns Flexmls, is working on a modernization project that will improve the Flexmls experience for users.

When reporting an error from another listing, I would like some follow-up on what happened.

Maintaining the privacy of our subscribers is of paramount importance, which is why we don’t share details about violations. However, we are considering ways to provide follow-up without divulging sensitive information.

You keep increasing the fees and masking it by supposedly giving us more content.

Actually, we don’t raise our fees every year! There has only been one small increase in the past few years and we’re happy to say there will be no increase in 2021.

Hold listing agents to higher standards regarding accurate listing information.

Our Data Integrity department has many systems in place to detect listing errors and inaccuracies. It’s also easy for subscribers to report errors. Providing reliable and accurate MLS data is a top priority at ARMLS!

The mobile app should be much more competitive.

Great suggestion! We are exploring other options to better meet the needs of mobile users.

I think the violations are slow to be resolved.

We investigate thousands of listing errors each month and research is often needed to determine the best course of action. You can email DI@armls.com to check the status of a report.

“I wish you would offer more education.”

ARMLS provides a wide variety of education on Flexmls as well as other software we offer. Subscribers can choose from comprehensive online courses, live classes and easy-to-follow training videos. All can be accessed via the Learning section of our website.

“There are too many Flexmls changes”

This always seems to be a hot topic! We addressed this after our Spring 2019 survey and will continue to communicate changes as they happen so that you can be prepared. You can also check with our ARMLS Roadmap to never be surprised on upcoming changes! Our support staff is always happy to help you navigate through new processes.

“Flexmls Rentals are confusing”

We received several comments about the platform for rental listings needing improvement and some specific suggestions were made. We are taking this topic seriously and have already made some improvements. Other possible ways to improve the experience are being explored.

Let's set the record straight on a few things

“MLS info should not be shared with outside parties.”

ARMLS provides its subscribers equal access to MLS information, but does not control how listings are shared outside of our MLS. The fact is that each broker decides whether or not syndicators can publish their listings.

“Nobody ever responds to my survey comments!”

We would like to respond to ALL comments. However, the survey is set up to be anonymous so that you can feel comfortable voicing your opinions. There is an option at the end to waive that right so you can be contacted. Many of you made that choice and received phone calls from us. Send us an email if you’d like to discuss your comments or anything else. You will hear from us!

“I wish you would do more for newer agents getting started.”

We have you covered! Whether you prefer live classes or on-demand education, the Learning Section of our website contains a wide variety of options to choose from. Newer agents are encouraged to participate in JumpStart, our live training event that provides an introduction to Flexmls and our other products and services.
