A comment from our survey asked: “Why do I have to learn TransactionDesk?”
While ARMLS offers many tools and resources for your real estate business, TransactionDesk and zipForm are not our products. They are provided to you by AAR, who offers a wealth of learning on both products. ARMLS is completely separate from AAR, so we’re not the best to contact for help as we’re not experts in this area! As far as the original question is concerned, ARMLS has no requirement that you learn transaction management software, but you should speak to your broker about this topic.
