RV gate. Guest house. Community pool. HOA. Historic district. What do these words have in common? You’ve asked us how to search for them!
There are thousands of fields to search by in Flexmls. The system provides a default search template for each property class containing fields that are commonly used so that you can quickly begin your search. To find property features not included in the template, you’ll need to add those fields manually. This video demonstrates how easy that is to do.
Very specific search terms, like a lazy river or wine cellar, might not be available to add in as a field. Instead try searching the public remarks.
To get you started, here’s a reference guide of fields that might be tricky to find:
