In April 2020 the Delayed listing status was replaced by Coming Soon. Based on survey comments we’ve received, there is still some confusion about this switch. So let’s get it all cleared up for you!
This change was made to increase exposure of properties that are not yet ready for full Active status. The most significant differences between the two listing statuses are that Coming Soon can be utilized for up to 30 days, while Delayed was limited to 14 days and showings were not allowed during this time period. Coming Soon listings can be included in the subscriptions you set up for clients.
