Thank you to all who participated in our 2020 ARMLS Subscriber Satisfaction Survey!
We’ve taken a close look at the results and are pleased to see that scores in most categories improved from our previous survey. Many of you took the time to express gratitude for the support we offer, as well as provide helpful suggestions for how we can do even better.
All feedback is valued and taken into serious consideration. Upcoming Subscriber Satisfaction Series blog posts will address common comments and questions.
A few hot topics this time around were the recent changes to the Flexmls photo layout and our listing syndication policies. We also had several comments about TransactionDesk, which is an AAR product.
The Subscriber Satisfaction Survey is anonymous and administered by an impartial third party. Those who granted us permission to follow up with them did so by selecting a check box at the end of the survey. We appreciate the opportunity to get additional feedback and reach out to each person who makes that request. Unfortunately, we are not able to contact anyone who did not choose that option. If you would like to be contacted, please send us an email.

Still hate Transaction Desk. I’ve taken 4 in person classes and paid $125 per hour for a private tutorial session with Jeff Raskin, and I still don’t get it properly.

I’m sorry you’re struggling with TransactionDesk. Transitioning to a new product can be challenging. We published an article last year to guide subscribers through the process. Have you tried the training provided by AAR? Many brokerages offer in-house TransactionDesk training directly from the vendor, so you might also want to look into that. I hope that some of this helps you.
