Need to dig deeper? RapidStats has a custom report builder that enables you to create specialized reports. Additionally, Agent and Office Metrics are available to analyze production and inventory, as well as identify and provide an overview of top producers.

How do I access RapidStats?
You can access it by going directly to RapidStats.com or in the Flexmls menu under Products. Login credentials for RapidStats are your Flexmls username and password.
Do I need a dedicated username and password for RapidStats?
No, you can log in to RapidStats using your Flexmls ID and Password.
When will RapidStats be available?
RapidStats will be available on 7/1 to all ARMLS Subscribers as part of your MLS Pro Subscription.
What is the cost for RapidStats?
There is no additional cost for RapidStats. It is available to all ARMLS subscribers as of 7/1, previously it was an add-on product.
What if I already have a RapidStats subscription?
If you already paid for a subscription to RapidStats, you received an email about getting a refund for the unused portion.
Why would I want to use RapidStats?
You might want to use RapidStats for several reasons; running market reports on areas you work in, sharing reports with clients, reviewing your own metrics and more.
