2020 was a year that brought nothing but change, and ARMLS was no exception. Here’s a list of the major changes that occurred within our organization, many of them based on subscriber suggestions.
Subscribers Can Edit Their Listings 7 Days After Closing
Listing agents and co-listing agents can now edit their closed listings for up to 7 days after they close, including the ability to move a listing back to Pending or Active/UCB/CCBS from Closed.

New Coming Soon Status
Property not ready to be active? Coming Soon might be right for you. Coming Soon status listings may be listed in the MLS for up to 30 days. This enhancement is designed to build agent-to-agent buzz before the property is active.
Coming Soon Listings Now Included in Subscriptions
You can now include Coming Soon listings in your subscription emails to clients. This gives clients a sneak peek before these homes are ready to be Active. Just select Coming Soon as part of the search criteria, and when Coming Soon listings that meet your clients’ criteria are added, they will be automatically emailed.

Bulk Delete Saved Searches/Listing Collections
To help save you valuable time, you are now able to bulk delete Saved Searches and Listing Collections. On the Saved Searches and Listing Collections page, you’ll notice checkboxes which allow you to select multiple items. Select which items you wish to remove and click the delete button above.
Virtual Open Houses
This feature is for agents who want to show a home virtually instead of in-person by using a tool like Zoom, GoToMeeting or Facebook Live. Use it to host an open house for prospective buyers or to schedule a virtual tour of homes for a group of agents in your sphere. To add, simply access the Open House section when editing your listing.

Scheduled Reports Available in RapidStats
RapidStats now provides drip emails called scheduled reports! A scheduled report works similarly to a subscription in Flexmls. You’ll save your search criteria then set it up on an auto-email for you or your client. This new feature is perfect for supplying your buyer or seller with easy to read, up-to-date statistics on their desired location.

Introduction of Cloud Attract
Cloud Attract provides a “What’s my home worth” landing page that helps you attract sellers. For buyers, there’s a buyer focused landing page where they can enter the type of home they’re looking for. You can embed your landing page on your website or share it via social media.

I just requested a showing on a UCB listing. The agent said the seller is not allowing showings because it is under contract. Is this not a violation? This is so frustrating for buyers who think a home is active and then they can’t see it and seller won’t consider their offer.
James Marcus
Hi, showings are not required in ANY status. In UCB, the agent still must be willing to accept offers, they do not have to allow showings.
