Spring cleaning isn’t just for your home, it’s also great for managing your Flexmls profile. Here are some common items that might need refreshing.
A good place to start is to make sure your contact info is up to date. You can do so by clicking on Preferences then My Profile. If you’re a member of PAR, you’ll need to contact them to update your info.
Need to change your password? You can update that anytime in the My Profile section.
If you have a client subscription that you no longer need, you can cancel the subscription by clicking on the Contacts tab and selecting Contact Management. Select the desired contact then, at the bottom of the screen, you’ll have the ability to Deactivate or Remove the subscription. You can also manage all of your subscriptions at once by going to the Subscriptions section of you Flexmls menu.
If you have saved searches that you no longer have use for, it’s easy to delete them. Go to the Menu at the top left of your screen. In the search section, click on Saved Searches. Find the search you wish to delete and you will see a small box with three dots all the way to the right. Click on the dots and one choice will be Delete. Click Delete and you will be asked if you are sure. If you are, go ahead and click Yes, I’m sure.
To delete multiple searches at once, click on the box to the left of the search name and a blue Delete button will appear above.
This same concept also applies to deleting Listing Collections as well, which you can find in your Menu under Listing Collections. Clicking on the three dots to the right of your collection will give you the option to delete it or delete them in bulk.
Make sure your ShowingTime settings and preferences are up to date as well. You can access ShowingTime by clicking on Daily Functions and selecting ShowingTime.
