Just because you need to get your client to sign off on the Listing Profile Sheet, doesn’t mean you have to duplicate your efforts. Flexmls allows you to auto-populate this form directly from your listing. You can then download and save the form for your client’s e-signature.
How to Auto-Populate the Listing Profile Sheet
From the Flexmls home page, click on your Menu and select My Incomplete under the Add/Change category.
This will bring you to all of your incomplete listings that are not live yet. Click on the desired listing and then click Print or Email.
On the next screen you will find Generate Input Form in the middle of the screen. Once you choose your option, the Profile Sheet will auto-populate with all of the data from your incomplete listing.
By selecting the print option, you can then download and save the profile sheet. This will allow you to upload it into Authentisign to send to your client for an e-signature.

Hello! Thanks for the question. There are a couple ways in Flexmls to possibly find Fixer-Uppers. One is by adding the field “Fix-Up Needs Repair” into the search. You can also search via the “Public Remarks” by adding that field in as well. Searching via the public remarks allows you to type in a key word or phrase, such as Fixer-Upper, Needs TLC, Sold As Is, etc. To add a field to your search scroll down past the search options and click on the Green Plus Sign where is says Add a Field to the Search.
