Have you checked your Flexmls subscription settings lately? Do you even know how to find them?!
If you’ve ever set a client up with a subscription, then you probably know it’s important to set the right sending options and delivery schedule for it. There are other settings to check that you might not be aware of, and they can make a huge difference in the information your client receives.
To control what types of listing activity trigger a subscription email, check your Default Subscription Settings located within the Portal Preferences section of the Flexmls menu. You’ll see a list of options that you can turn on and off. Be sure to click Save after making any changes.
Any changes you make to your Flexmls subscription settings will be reflected going forward and will not affect listings sent in the past.
