Based on your chosen date range, the report provides data on the number of times your property has been viewed. Views can be directly in Flexmls, via an Email from Flexmls or through a Flexmls Portal or IDX feed.
Additionally, you can see how people rate this listing in a Portal. Clients can actively engage with your property by saving or hiding it, while agents can recommend or hide listings on behalf of their clients.
The report not only supplies data on the frequency your listing is shared, but also sheds light on the actions of potential buyers. Additionally, you can compare the activity on your listing with other properties that were viewed or saved by interested parties.
Lastly, you can print or email the report. You can also create automatic email updates to send a weekly or monthly report to yourself or your client.
