Entering a listing into Flexmls can be time consuming. You need a lot of information from many different places. You can save yourself a lot time, hassle and frustration by assembling these three documents before entering a new listing.
The Tax Record of the Property
This can be found in the Monsoon Tax System. To get it, log in to Monsoon through Flexmls. Enter the address into the search bar and click the magnifying glass. Find your property and click the APN number.
An Old Listing Detail Report (If One is Available)
If a property has been listed after the year 2000, there will be an old listing detail report in Flexmls. You can find this by locating the listing in Flexmls and clicking on the Detail tab.
The Listing Input Form (aka Profile Sheets)
The input form is typically filled out by or with the home owner to gather all the detail about the property to ensure accuracy of the listing.
