By working with Metro MLS, we can focus on serving subscribers and spend less time duplicating efforts on support, IT infrastructure, product development and more (see our FAQs here).
What does this mean?
As a subscriber, you won’t see any changes today. Over the next few years, we expect to offer better services and products by working with Metro MLS. These might include:
- Expanded support hours
- The ability to access products not yet available locally
- Improved Single Sign On
- Improved tax systems data (Metro MLS also owns a tax system)
- Behind-the-scenes efficiencies
Having local rules, being association-owned and being committed to serving you will not change.

Metro MLS and ARMLS have similar services, the same MLS platform, CEOs who complement each other, are association owned, use NAR rules, among other elements that make a solid match. Technology means that physical separation is no longer a barrier to collaboration and innovation.
