To send a preview of a listing before it’s live, visit the main Flexmls Menu to select My Incomplete. Then, choose the address of your listing and click Print or Email.
Listing Detail Report / Plano
Generating the Listing Detail Report, aka Plano, will allow your client to see a preview of the listing. This report will contain all the listing’s details, displaying how it will appear in the MLS. Your broker may request a Private version of this report for their records.
Input Form / Profile Sheet
An Input Form, aka Profile Sheet, can also be generated with all the property and transaction details already filled in; ready for your seller’s signature. Generating the Input Form here can prevent you from completing a blank form by hand and duplicating efforts.
