An Incomplete Listing is a listing that’s been started but not made active yet in the mls.
If you’ve ever entered a listing into the MLS, you know there’s a lot of information that must be gathered to make it happen. But if you forget something or don’t have all the information you need, you can still save your incomplete listing.

Since Incomplete Listing is not active, it is not assigned an mls number and the days on market have not started ticking. The system does not allow you to make a listing active until you have all the required information entered on your listing.
If you get to the end of entering your listing, press that add listing button and realize you are missing information all you need to do it select the add incomplete. The system saves what you have completed so far.
How Do I Access Saved Incomplete Listings?
To access an incomplete listing, select My Incomplete from the menu. Here you will find your incomplete listing saved under the address of the property.
