Have you ever gotten a close of escrow date wrong when your listing goes under contract? Of course you have, because things happen. When this happens, you’ll need to manually close your listing.
Before you close your listing, make sure the transaction is complete. Once a listing closes in the system, you cannot make any changes to it. If you do need to change it, your broker can do it within 7 days of the closing. After that, you’ll have to contact us at ARMLS.
To Close Your Listing
Select Change Listing from the main menu and select the listing you need to close.
From the Status section choose Close Listing. Be sure to update any necessary information from the listing, including the date*.
* The date cannot be pushed out any further than the current date.
* You have 2 days to close a listing after completion of the transaction
