A listing can be accessed and edited up to seven days after it becomes Off-Market in a Closed, Cancelled or Expired Status. This includes changing the listing back to Active or moving it to an under-contract status after a false close.
How to Correct Closing Data
To update sold data on a Closed Listing (Selling Agent(s), COE, Sold Price, Loan Type, Concessions, etc.):
- Visit the main Flexmls Menu.
- Select Change Listing under the Add/Change heading.
- Select the Listing or enter the MLS number.
- Select Edit Current Status (Closed).
- Change the closing contract information for any necessary fields.
- Click Save, then click Save again to confirm the change.
The listing will remain in Closed status, and the updated information will reflect immediately.

How do I correct status from ACTIVE back to COMING SOON
James Marcus
You cannot. A listing cannot go back to Coming Soon after it has been moved to Active.
