A listing can be accessed and edited up to seven days after it becomes Off-Market in a Closed, Cancelled or Expired Status. This includes changing the listing back to Active or moving it to an under-contract status after a false close.

How to Correct Closing Data

To update sold data on a Closed Listing (Selling Agent(s), COE, Sold Price, Loan Type, Concessions, etc.):

  1. Visit the main Flexmls Menu.
  2. Select Change Listing under the Add/Change heading.
  3. Select the Listing or enter the MLS number.
  4. Select Edit Current Status (Closed).
  5. Change the closing contract information for any necessary fields.
  6. Click Save, then click Save again to confirm the change.

The listing will remain in Closed status, and the updated information will reflect immediately.
