Like many things in Flexmls, there are a few different avenues you can take to accomplish the same task. Deactivating or removing subscriptions for a client is no different. If you have a client who no longer wants to receive subscription emails, you have two easy ways to complete the request.

Deactivate Subscriptions in Contact Management

 From the Name tab

  • From the Main Menu, click on Contact Management and select your client’s name
  • Click the Deactivate button. A popup will appear asking you what you’d like to deactivate
  • Keep the Subscriptions box checked and click Deactivate

Delete the Subscription from the Menu

  • From the Main Menu, click on Subscriptions
  • Click the dots on the right to click Delete Subscription
  • Click Yes, I’m sure once the pop-up appears
