Like many things in Flexmls, there are a few different avenues you can take to accomplish the same task. Deactivating subscriptions for a client is no different. If you have a client who no longer wants to receive subscription emails, you have two easy ways to complete the request.

Two Ways to Deactivate Subscriptions in Contact Management

 From the Name tab

  • From the Main Menu, click on Contact Management and select your client’s name
  • Click the Deactivate button. A popup will appear asking you what you’d like to deactivate

  • Keep the Subscriptions box checked and click Deactivate


 From the Searches/Subscriptions tab

  • From the Main Menu, click on Contact Management and select your client’s name
  • Click the Searches/Subscriptions tab

  • Click the red X under the Subscriptions section
  • Click OK once the pop-up appears


There you have it, two easy ways to deactivate a subscription for a client.
