A CBS (Call Before Showing) code is a 7-digit code required for ARMLS Affiliate Subscribers. If you’re a listing agent (LA) and need to give a CBS code for your lockbox, here is how to find the code and some helpful tips.
How to Find CBS Codes
- With your Supra eKey, you can find the CBS code for each box in your Inventory. To view a CBS code, click on the box’s serial number.
- Visit SupraWEB. You will need the lockbox’s serial number and the shackle code. A SupraWeb account is required, and you can sign up for a free account.
- Call ARMLS at 480-921-7777. We will verify your identity and provide you with the CBS code.
Helpful Tips
You can enable CBS codes for showing agents (SA). Some listing agents do this for an extra layer of protection. To require a CBS code for all people using the lockbox, click Edit at the bottom of the screen on your eKEY app and turn on Require CBS.
Organization is key. Use the SupraWEB website to keep track of your lockboxes, assign a lockbox to a specific property, view all of your showings and more! You can also inventory all of your lockbox codes (shackle and CBS) with the click of a button. Just select the option in the top right for SupraWEB for Agents to get started.
View & Edit Keybox Data
The eKEY app allows agents to view and fully edit their lockboxes. This includes altering lockbox showing times, changing shackle codes and editing/adding CBS codes.
To get started using this feature, tap on the My Keyboxes option from the eKEY home screen. Next, you can find the lockbox serial number you wish to view or edit. It’s important to note that you must be within Bluetooth range of your lockbox to edit the lockbox’s settings. Additionally, you can add important details to the lockbox, such as an address, owner or MLS number, which contributes to a well-organized inventory.
