Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements for the desktop version. Take a look at the details below.

ROUTES

Search multiple listings

When creating a Route directly from Aligned Showings, you can now search multiple listings at once, making it faster to plan your Routes. Start by entering a pound/hash symbol (#), then your MLS number and separate each listing with a comma.

Choose a default appointment duration

Choose a default duration for all appointments when creating a new Route. Now you can easily change all appointments at once if they plan to differ from the 30-minute default.

REPORTS

Price Point Analysis Report includes City field

The Price Point Analysis Report now has an additional filter for City allowing you to adjust and compare your reports by specific cities.

LISTINGS

Bulk remove team members

If you are needing to remove a Team Member that you are no longer working with, you can now remove them from all of your listings at once. Within My Listings, click the Remove Members icon in the upper right and select the Team Member you want removed from all of your listings.

Log of listing changes

Within the Listing Setup page for your listings, you can now View History for the listing. This allows you to easily see the details of any changes made to your listing setup in Aligned Showings.

Text Constraints Added To Prohibit Certain Verbiage

To align with ARMLS Rules & Regulations, certain verbiage is restricted in Broadcast messages. A warning will be displayed, as verbiage related to compensation is prohibited.

Additional Improvements

Mobile Updates

More mobile options! Updating your Aligned Showings mobile app will include several key enhancements from the desktop version:

  • Select listings in a member’s contact card to schedule appointment
  • Broadcast message updates – Extend timeframe from 14 to 30-days, CC team members, opt-out of Broadcast messages
  • Listing agent ability to reschedule or preapprove appointments
  • Feedback and Waiting for Feedback tabs added to Messages
  • Buyer updates – Add Buyer not tied to an appointment, import buyers and archive buyers and sellers
  • Expanded size of general comments in feedback surveys

Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed, including errors related to overlapping appointment times, sharing Routes via PDF, adding showings to an existing Route and more.
