Here are their suggested changes, no cap.
- Public Remarks:
- Encourage phrases like: bussin’, slaps and slay to convey essential property features
- “Hidden gem” will autocorrect to “lowkey fire”
- “Updated” will autocorrect to “boujee glow-up”
- “Canceled” status will now display as “ghosted”
- “DND2” will now display as “big yikes,” ensuring post-1997 users grasp its agent-only significance
- “Private Remarks” relabeled to “iykyk”
Additional changes coming soon, fr.
- Replace the phrase “I agree” in any documents to “bet”
- Transactional “sides” have been relabeled to “W”
- Properties in a complex with additional units will include a link to similar units labeled “besties”
- A new marketing field has been added for you to include five key terms for the property. On the listing report, it will show “it’s giving…”
- “Co-listing agent” has been relabeled to “listing pookie” and “co-selling agent” has been relabeled to “selling pookie”
