We have received a lot of feedback since the launch of Rental Beast’s add/edit integration. Based on subscriber input, we’ve made additional enhancements and want to share updates of resolved and reported issues.

Resolved Issues:

  • April 23: Improved speed – UI slowness being experienced throughout the system has been minimized.
  • April 23: Photo Duplication and Reordering – When adding photos to your listing, photos are not duplicated. Additionally, when reorganizing photos, they will reflect correctly in Flexmls.
  • April 23: Updated Floor/Level Display – The Floor/Level field now reflects correctly in Flexmls.
  • April 20: Completed input form – You can request a completed input form for a draft or on-market listing within My Listings. You will be emailed a .PDF copy within 30-mintues.

    • Coming late-May: The ability to generate a completed input form yourself.
  • April 15: Listing Applications – Improved UI for selecting an application method for each listing.

  • April 6: Rental Numbers Can Start a Copy in Flexmls – Once a rental listing receives an MLS number, it can be used to start a Copy in Flexmls for Residential listings.
    • Coming late-May: The ability to start a Full Copy in Flexmls from rental listing numbers.
  • April 1: Updated Listing Statuses – Statuses in Rental Beast now better align with the MLS for a more consistent experience.
  • March 26: Non-Represented Buyer – When a tenant is not represented by an ARMLS subscriber, you can select the Nonrepbuyer option for the Tenant Agent field.

Reported Issues In Development:

The issues below are currently in development with their estimated date of launch.

  • Late-May: The ability to create a Partial Clone of any listing (not just your listings).
  • Late-May: The ability to generate a completed input form yourself.
  • Late-May: The ability to start a Full Copy in Flexmls from rental listing numbers.
  • Late-May: Enhancements to selecting a Co-Tenant Agent.
