Rental listings allow you to add an application for tenant screening for the property. When you are adding a listing in Rental Beast, you can choose which application method you would like to use for this property.
Rental Application Options
- Apply Now by Rental Beast – Utilize the application and tenant screening tool provided by Rental Beast
- Third-party screening service – Input a link to your own application service
- Paper Application – Upload a paper application for potential tenants to download and complete by hand
- Other – Indicate how your applications are going to be submitted
Note: Even if you are opted-out of Apply Now in your Settings, you will still see all application options for each listing, including Apply Now.
Once you select your desired application method, you can include details in the Application Procedure field, if needed.
