Do you know which application method you will be using for your Residential Lease listing?
When adding a listing in Flexmls, you can choose which application method to use for your rental listing.
Rental Application Options
The Rental Beast Apply Now field is a a required ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ option.
If you select ‘Yes,’ you will be using Apply Now by Rental Beast and utilize the application and tenant screening tool they provide. Once added, to your rental listing, the rental application can be accessed quickly on the top right of a rental listing detail report.
If you select ‘No,’ you will need to add your desired application details to Private Remarks.
