Contact information included in the Listing Detail Report is automatically populated from your profile information on file with your local association. However, what if the best contact number for your listing is a shared office number? What if there is an emergency absence and the Co-Listing Agent needs to be the primary contact? You’re in luck! Flexmls allows you to adjust the contact phone numbers for each listing depending on how you want to conduct your lines of communication.

Whether you choose to edit an incomplete or live listing, visit the Listing Information section to select the Details tab. At the very bottom of the page is where you can change the contact numbers to fit your needs.
