There are three things you should do after updating a search: re-save, re-send and re-confirm.

Did you recently edit a saved search for a client? After the desired fields have been adjusted, remembering to save the search is probably second nature, but it’s also important to remember two additional steps: re-emailing the updated search results and re-confirming your client’s desired subscription settings.

Why is this important?

After revising a client search, you must email the updated results. Otherwise, your client won’t see the listings with the changes you just made, they will only see any updates moving forward (if they’re on a subscription).

Furthermore, your clients may also want to change their subscription frequency. Subscription options for your client include monthly, weekly and ASAP frequency options.
