When adding a listing in Flexmls, the school district information will auto-populate after selecting Populate Tax Data.
To use the Populate Tax Data Button, you will need to enter the full property address or the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) on the Address tab when entering a listing. This will auto-populate many pieces of data directly from the property’s tax record.
Why is this helpful?
The Populate Tax Data Button fills in over 25 required listing fields, saving you time in the process. It can also help you avoid violations by assuring that you have the correct tax information in your listings.
