Have you been using Populate Tax Data when entering a listing in Flexmls? When adding a listing, using the Populate Tax Data button can help prevent mistakes and potential rule violations while also saving time. When on the address tab, the Populate Tax Data button works by auto-populating some 30 required information items in your listing.
Using the Populate Tax Data Button
To use the button, enter the full property address or the Assessors Parcel Number (APN), then click Populate Tax Data. When entering a residential listing, the button will populate all the below fields. Fields will vary based on the property type you are entering.
