Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements for the desktop version. Take a look at the details below.
Rebook a Showing
Quickly rebook an appointment from your Calendar by selecting a previously approved appointment and choosing a new date and time.
Daily Appointment Summary Report
Daily appointment summaries are emailed to you, however, you can now view and print these summaries from your Reports. You can choose to filter by a date or appointment type, whether you were the listing agent, showing agent, or both.
Additional Improvements
Email and Text Notification Updates
Email and text notifications have been updated to include the MLS number and reason for declined appointments.
Mobile Updates
Updating your Aligned Showings mobile app will include several key enhancements from the desktop version:
- Enable and disable notifications regarding price reductions and back on market listings. Select More, then Settings and Edit Profile to adjust your notification preferences.
- Add a past appointment to your listing for tracking purposes under the More option (3 dots) for your listings.
- View your seller’s appointment link within your Contacts to view the page your client sees.
- Add a feedback survey reminder within your Listing Setup page.
- Adjust your Team Member’s notification preferences in your Listing Setup page.
Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed, including improved contact searching, increased spacing for text in Messages and more.
