Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements for the desktop version. Take a look at the details below.
Four-Week Alerts Limit & Ability to Clear
Your Alerts page, notifying you of new activity, is now limited to a four-week timeframe. Additionally, past alerts can be removed by selecting the checkbox of an Alert and clicking Clear.
Add a Showing from Contacts
When viewing an agent record in the Contacts area, you can now start to request a new appointment from their shown listings.
Pending Listings Display Warning When Scheduling an Appointment
When scheduling a showing on a Pending listing, a popup warning will display to notify the showing agent that the listing is only accepting inspections, appraisals and walk-through appointment requests.
Activity Report Download Changed to Bar Graph
The graph on the Activity Report has been changed from a line graph to a bar graph when downloading to better illustrate the showing activity for the listing.
Additional Improvements
Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed.
