Types of Media
Listings can include more than just photos to highlight a property. Flexmls allows you to add photos, videos, virtual tours and documents to provide visual appeal and help convey important details to potential buyers.
Photo Visibility Options
With all types of listing media, you have the option to mark them as Public, Private or Private While Off-Market. This allows you to opt-out of public listing displays on the web if desired.
Media Rules
Find examples of what is and what is not allowed in listing media. If you’re unsure of a piece of media you want to add to your listing, you can submit your photo to Data Integrity to review if it is in compliance.
CubiCasa Floorplans
CubiCasa is a mobile app that produces floor plans from a simple five-minute scan of a property. The app is included with your subscription and requires little training and no extra equipment.
Preferred Photographer Program
Our Preferred Photographer Program connects agents and photographers. Photographers have been trained, tested on ARMLS media rules, have limited access to Flexmls to add media (using their own login) and offer their own rates and services.
