Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements for the desktop version. Take a look at the details below.
Add Buyers to Existing Appointments
In addition to the ability to add a buyer to new appointments being requested, you can now add a buyer after an appointment has been created. You can add a new or existing buyer by visiting your Calendar or Messages, then locating the appointment to include your buyer.
Additional Reasons for Declining a Showing
New pre-configured reasons for why a property can’t be shown have been added when selecting to decline a showing.

Email and Text Notification Updates
- Routes are now auto-saved as you create them
- MLS number added to feedback survey requests in addition to address
- Daily Appointment Summary includes lockbox information and additional instructions
Mobile Updates
Updating your Aligned Showings mobile app will include several key enhancements from the desktop version:
- Daily Appointment Summary has been included in Reports
- Ability to rebook a showing on the Calendar
- Include multiple MLS numbers separated by commas to search multiple listings in a Route at once
- Choose default appointment duration for all showings when creating a new Route
- Pending listing notice pop-up when scheduling a showing on an under-contract listing
Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed.
