Finding Out-of-State and Country Owners
The first thing you need to do is add the Owner State List and Owner Country fields under the Add/Modify/Reorder button.
Once added to your criteria you can use these to help you search.
Let’s say you wanted to find people who live in California (based on their tax bill mailing address) and have bought houses in Scottsdale in the last two years. In Monsoon, go back to January of 2015, use CA – California in the Owner State List field and select Scottsdale for the City. It’s as simple as that.
