Want to search for open houses in Flexmls? Whether you want to preview them or share with your client, finding them is easy with these simple steps.
Finding an Open House
When doing a Quick Search, you can add in an Open House filter. Toward the bottom of the search template look for the Additional Search Options section. Select Open House Date and input your desired date range. You can also add in other criteria from the template such as price range and number of bedrooms to filter your search even more.
If you’re emailing a listing to your client and want them to see the open house details for that property, make sure the Open House option is checked off when you set up the email template. You can find that option and more on the left side of the screen.
