Once a showing is requested on a listing, the Messages feature becomes your hub for managing appointment details seamlessly. With Messages, you gain the ability to communicate directly with the Listing Agent, facilitating the process of obtaining final confirmation for showing the property.
A message can be sent to all parties involved in the showing, or you have the option to send a Team Note, which is only visible to members within your team.
Located on the right panel of each message, you will find the details of the showing appointment. Here, you can add or change your Team Members involved in the showing, the date or time of the appointment or include Team Instructions.
