Do you have specific areas or ZIP codes you like to keep an eye on? Why not have them right on your dashboard when you log in to Flexmls? You can add multiple Hot Sheet gadgets to keep you in the know.
Adding a Gadget to Your Dashboard
Click the Customize drop down in the right corner of your dashboard then select Add Gadgets.
Select the Daily option on the left and click Add Another under the Hot Sheet option.
Return to your Dashboard to see your new Hot Sheet gadget. You can add multiple of these to your Dashboard.
Customizing Your Hot Sheet Gadget
In the right corner of the gadget click the 3 dots then select Settings.
Choose your city and property type then click Save.
Now back on the Dashboard select the time frame you would like your gadget to display.
You now have a custom Hot Sheet gadget set up on your dashboard!
