To indicate which showing platform you want to use for your listing inside Flexmls, utilize the Showing Service field.
While adding a new listing or editing an existing listing, you can visit the Details tab of the Listing Information to find the Showing Notification Methods section. Here, you can select which showing platform you want to use for this specific listing.
Once saved, new showing appointment requests will automatically be handled through your chosen service.
Furthermore, visit your General Preferences, where in the Integrations area, you can set your chosen showing service as a default for all new listings going forward.
