Once you have chosen Aligned Showings as your desired showing service in Flexmls, you can set up your showing preferences for each listing in Aligned Showings.

Within Aligned Showings, visit the My Listings area and select the listing you want to modify.

Within the first section, you can adjust the main showing details, such as allowing overlapping appointments, choosing if approval is required, including lockbox information, additional instructions or an advanced notice.

Office Involvement allows you to add other subscribers in your office to your listing to communicate with showing agents and approve appointment requests.

The Seller/Tenant Involvement section lets you add a seller or tenant to your listing. They can also approve showing requests, be notified of showings or be included just for organizational purposes.

Next, within the Time/Date Restrictions section, you can block off any dates or times that may be unavailable for a showing.

Finally, the Feedback Survey section allows you to send follow-up questions to agents after they have shown your listing. You can use the pre-determined questions provided by Aligned Showings, otherwise, you can send your own questions in a custom Survey.
