1. No, Supra does not accept checks, so you will have to pay by credit card online. See a Support Center for that.

3. The Supra BT LE boxes used in the ARMLS market use infrared and Bluetooth – so any key you get from us will work with our boxes.
How would a user protect the data on their phone?
What disclosure are you providing users (realtors) regarding the GPS tracking component of the app and the other information the app accesses?

Yes, the eKEY works with iPhone (iOS 6 & up) and Android (2.1 & up).

What does bring everything you need to your scheduled appointment mean? Are we required to turn in the old key and if opting to go with EKey, we bring our phone, right? What else???

Is this ekey fee in addition to the annual Supra lock box fee?
Hello, the ActiveKEY/XpressKEY is annual ($228 + tax per year) and the eKEY is monthly ($15.95 + tax per month), that is the extent of any fees for the lockbox system. Subscribers choose one or the other.
If I choose to NOT exchange ‘right now’, but wait a month or two, will I simply begin paying the monthly fee beginning the day that I start eKey service or will I recieve a penalty when I resume service fee for not continuing at this time?
Thanks for the question! If you do not come to replace your key and wait a couple of months, you may be considered a new Supra customer at that point and may have to pay the $50 activation fee again because Supra is at the end of their billing year right now. You must return the ActiveKEY even if you do not plan to continue to have a key as it is a lease and you may be charged for not returning it. There is an activation fee of $50 dollars when you initially set up the eKEY for the first time or if you have cancelled it before and came back. There is no activation fee if you are upgrading from the XpressKEY to the eKEY.
