Each has its own benefits, but eKEY has become widely popular, especially now that it’s been updated and improved. If you’re not yet using it, here are some reasons why you should consider making the switch.
It’s an App
The eKEY becomes part of your smartphone, so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of and charging a second device. It can also be used on Apple Watch. The app works even when you don’t have cell service (it transmits over Bluetooth). Another great thing about the updated eKEY is that it gives you the option to enter your PIN code just once a day and supports biometric authorization.
Don’t get lost in the app store. Just bring your phone into a support center and we’ll take care of the rest. Downloading is a quick and easy process.
Data At The Door
View the MLS data of the listing you’re showing right inside the eKEY app using your location. No more switching apps and fumbling with searches. Simply tap the door icon in the top right of the app.
The eKEY is billed monthly, as opposed to an annual fee. This makes absorbing the cost easier since it’s dispersed over 12 payments. Because billing is monthly and there’s no physical device to buy or rent, it’s easy to cancel through ARMLS if you no longer need the service.
