Do you need to change your agent status to inactive? Whatever your reason for saying goodbye, we can point you in the right direction.
Just like updating your address, the first step is to contact your local association. They’ll report the change in status to ARMLS, which will automatically deactivate your subscription. You won’t need to contact us directly to make that change. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for fees that have already been paid.
What About Flexmls?
Once your subscription is deactivated, you will no longer have access to Flexmls, Monsoon or other ARMLS products. If you have a Supra eKEY, ActiveKEY or XpressKEY, contact us (480-921-7777) and we will help you cancel that service. You may sell back your lockboxes to us or another subscriber. If you choose to transfer your lockbox to another user, you’ll need to fill out the lockbox transfer form.
