Great news! We have updated the Pool-Private label to Pool Features in Flexmls. The Pool-Private label always caused confusion due to the label and selection option having the same name.
The Pool Features section now has a clear name that simplifies the process when selecting a private pool feature in a listing. Remember, finding a community pool works a little differently.

This change is just part of ongoing improvements to maintain our Platinum status with RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization). RESO creates and certifies data standards. These standards are essential because when organizations have the same standard data fields, data integration is simplified, and there are fewer errors and less confusion about the meaning of fields.
