Some good news! Thank you to the ARMLS Agent Advisory Group for their role in shaping these changes. We have updated the Pool-Private label in Flexmls. The Pool-Private label always caused some confusion.
The Pool Field has been clarified further and simplifies the process of selecting a private pool feature in a listing. Remember, finding a community pool works a little differently.
New Pool Labeling
On the fields section on the left in Flexmls Quick Search, you will find Private Pool Y/N. If your client specifically requested a private pool, the results can be updated with one click. The same can be said if your client specifically requests no pool.
RESO
This change is one part of ongoing improvements to maintain our status with RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization). RESO creates and certifies data standards. These standards are essential because when organizations have the same standard data fields, data integration is simplified, and there are fewer errors and less confusion about the meaning of fields.
