When someone buys or sells a used lockbox, it’s important to transfer that lockbox to the new owner. Transferring a lockbox is easy and helps us keep track of who owns what.
In the lockbox/key section download and complete the lockbox transfer form. You will need the current owner of the lockbox to sign it.
Once that’s done, just bring it in to our support center or email the form to lockboxes@ARMLS.com and our team will take care of the rest by verifying ownership and making the transfer into your name.
*If the lockbox is from another MLS it will first have to be deprogrammed at that MLS. No forms are necessary in this case. Just bring it to a support center and we can program it for you.
