Effective today, ARMLS no longer provides ShowingTime as a subscriber benefit. Consequently, all ShowingTime integrations have been removed from Flexmls.
How does this impact your listings?
Any current listings that have the showing service field value set to ShowingTime will need to be updated. Until this field is updated, your listing will not reflect NO showing service in the showing instructions. You have the option to select either:
- Aligned Showings: Included as an ARMLS subscriber benefit.
- Non-MLS Showing Service – see Private Remarks: An alternative showing service of your choice.
- No Showing Service Used: No online showing requests will be taken.
Editing the showing service field can be done from the Change Listing screen through accessing your listing information.
