Need to gather feedback on a property? Aligned Showings offers a default set of questions you can send to the Buyers Agent via a message or you can create your own custom feedback form to send.
Setting up a Feedback Request
You can set feedback requests to auto-send after a showing. To edit this setting, go to My Listing and select the listing. Then click Edit Details and under Feedback Survey #5, choose to Allow Feedback.
The decision to automatically send a feedback request following a property viewing rests with you. Should you prefer not to have Aligned Showings automatically send feedback queries after a showing, turn off the Allow Feedback option. After you are done editing, click Done and Exit Edit Mode.
If you choose to create your own custom survey, you will want to toggle Use MLS default feedback survey to NO. This will allow you to select one of your already created feedback surveys or make a new one.
Creating a Custom Survey
To create your own survey, the steps work the same from your listing set up (above) or your Settings at the bottom of the navigation menu.
From Settings, select Feedback Surveys and New Survey. You will see a pop-up screen that allows you to name and create your own custom feedback survey. Create as many feedback surveys as you want by adding questions and answer types. Be sure to hit Create when you are finished.

Where do I find all of the Feedback that has been left by the Buyer Agents for my listing???

Hi, thanks for you question! To see feedback from the Buyers Agent here is the best route! In Aligned Showings, go to Reports. Towards the bottom find the listing in question. You will see the amount of feedback surveys you have received. Click “View Messages” to see the individual Feedback Reports. Additionally, you can type the word “Feedback” in the search box to find all messages relating to Feedback Surveys only!
