Is your client wanting to buy or rent? You don’t have to create two different property type searches. Instead, search them both at one time using the Multiple Property Class search. You’ll find this search under your property class drop-down menu (the Multiple Property Class is number eight).
On the Property Type screen you’ll be able to search for multiple property classes by holding down the control key while selecting which property classes you’d like to include in your search.
