The Report an Error form will be changed to help improve data integrity.
Later this week, we’ll start asking subscribers to provide more information when reporting a data error. Doing this will reduce the time needed to address concerns without making the process burdensome. We can improve our internal process and reduce the back-and-forth conversations often needed to work a report with only a little more data. For example, we now require a category for the type of error you’re reporting.
Then, based on the main category, there may be either a sub-category to choose or some guidance on what we need to work the violation.
