Aligned Showings has released new features and enhancements. Take a look at the details below.

Sync Your Web Calendar

Now you can create a calendar sync URL in Aligned Showings to automatically add approved appointments to your external calendar.
To start syncing your calendar, start in Aligned Showings.
  1. Visit the Settings area
  2. Select the System section
  3. Choose Calendar Sync
  4. Select if you want to sync appointments as a Listing Agent, Showing Agent, or both
  5. Choose if you want to include past appointments
  6. Click Create Sync Link
  7. Copy the newly generated URL to your computer’s clipboard
  8. Paste the link in your external calendar
    1. Typically, you will visit your external calendar to “add another calendar”. You should find an option for a URL/Internet/Web option to paste the link from Aligned Showings.

Additional Features in My Listings Activity

Several updates have been made to the My Listings Activity report.
  • Seller/Tenant filter – If you want to filter results by a client or share the results with them, you can now select your seller/tenant within the My Listings Activity report to narrow down your results.

  • Curved line graphs updated to bar graphs – This visual change helps more accurately display the specific showing activity of each day.
  • Weekly busy times – In addition to viewing an individual day’s busy time, you can view Popular Times by a weekly timeframe to inspect for the most activity.

Additional Improvements

Schedule on Behalf Of – Search by ID

As a listing agent, when you schedule an appointment on behalf of another agent, you can now search by Agent ID in addition to their name.

View Listing Link Added to Email Notifications

When receiving an emailed notification about a price reduction or listing that’s back on the market, there is an included link to view the listing in Flexmls.

Call or Text on Mobile App from Contact Details

Within the Aligned Showings mobile app, you can now easily call or text any subscriber from their contact details card.

Various bug fixes and improvements have also been completed, including some web enhancements that are available in the Aligned Showings mobile app, fixing price rounding inconsistencies and more.
